Very Nice Area and Nice staff

Staff was very helpful. The building is old but well maintained

Location was good. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was not fancy, but it was fine. AC in room didn't work ... staff was not helpful in fixing. I'd stay there again.

Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station.

Overall a good experience. Very clean, aircon worked (if a little loud), great location in the centre, and grat value for the money. Can only recommend :)

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room, saying it was for my birthday - which was lovely. We mentioned that the tower fan in the room was a bit noisy and immediately it was happily replaced with a silent and very efficient fan. A well positioned hotel in the centre of Luzern. Moderately priced for Switzerland. And they gave us a very enjoyable stay throughout.

Staff were outstanding; Malak and Shahin were such a joy and treat at the front desk! The views from property where outstanding and breathtaking. End of the property driveway to one can buy a street an buy tram/bus tickets to take you short ride into city center. The zoo is just right next door, although didn't get a chance to go, so many wonderful things to do! Malik and Shahin
