The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond expectations! The dining hall food was delicious and very generous. The manager was extra helpful with showing me where to exchange currency and buying a converter plug for my American phone and computer. I will be staying here agin! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and good conversation :)

My preferred hotel for high quality service

Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well.

Excellent service and stay. Breakfast buffet was well curated. Brunch buffet on the weekends is a delicious experience. A place to Party and enjoy Tradition when you’re away from home.
