Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. However reception desk didn't provide things in time and forgot at times .

They charge for the airport shuttle. It’s not included in the room cost. The AC vents were seemed to be linked with kitchen since all the cooking smell was coming to the room.

After a tough day when babusar pass got closed before we could pass and had to return from Naran. Ramada was an excellent surprise. Great property, exceptional staff and great food. Highly recommended in Murree for sure. If you love calmness and serenity with a top class atmosphere, make it your next stopover.extremely happy

Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.
