Staff at reception charged 5k for transport while email says 4k and never issued any receipts Room was very noisy as its right beside reception and midnight staff will laugh Location is very convenient

No way closer to the five star. Room service doesn’t work, bedding is old and probably used 1000 times before you sleep on those sheets and use pillows. Breakfast areas management is worst as it’s hard to find seats and then find waiters. You don’t expect such things in a five star. I would rate it a 2 star if compared to any good hotel chain

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail that made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
