My partner recently stayed here for work. He said the apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the station, which he required. He bought food essentials at the supermarket close by. He loved the apartment and would stay here again. Contact with Frederik for the check-in details and entrance information was seamless.

Beautiful hotel! The food for breakfast and at the restaurant were both excellent! It was rough during the summer heat wave with no AC! And a lot of street traffic noise at night.

Fantastic location, near central train station, a lot of restaurants, super convenient.

The assigned room was tiny, just very, very small even by European standards. During a four night stay, the room was not serviced. We assume that they are very short on staff.

Pros: comfy beds. Spacious. Functioning kitchen with great table. Very good location and it seems pretty modern and clean. Cons: the unit is on the 5th floor and the elevators are completely unreliable. We had to carry our luggage up five flights and now that I've seen reviews on other websites I see this is a recurring problem so buyer beware. When we checked out the elevator stopped with a family member stuck inside. Nothing worked to free her so the fire department was called to rescue her. If you want to risk your international flight because the elevators keep failing or you want to drag heavy baggage up and down 88 steps then this is a fine choice. The company renting this unit didn't offer any compensation for the elevator issues but I did some apologies,

Amazing stay. The atmosphere felt luxurious yet cozy at the same time. The location right beside Tivoli Gardens made everything feel magical. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
