On the positive side, we had one of the 3 suites and the room was spacious and the view of the sea was nice. However the suites are directly attached to the restaurant, which was rented out for private events. Every night there was a private event with DJ. Basically it was like a nightclub. If extremely loud dance music until 1:30 in the morning is not your idea of a relaxing vacation, then don't stay here. Then at 7:30 am the piano player starts playing in the breakfast restaurant directly above my bed. So be prepared to get very little sleep in the suites. The breakfast was very chaotic because too many guests, not enough tables and not enough staff. It was difficult to find staff to make a hot cappuccino. I literally had the worst and cold cappuccino here. There is very little to basically almost no fruit at breakfast, which is surprising for Sicily. But the few staff that were there did try very hard. My suggestion is to get rid of the piano player and hire 2-3 more waiting staff. And get some decent fresh fruit. I believe this location gives the brand a bad name.

Beaucoup trop cher pour le service et les commodités. Nous avons l’habitude de voyager dans des tout inclus 5 étoiles et honnêtement ça ne vaut pas plus qu’un 3 étoiles et demi. Les chambres étaient super propres par contre mais le service était médiocre. On demandait plusieurs fois avant d’obtenir ce qu’on voulait à table (vin, sel, poivre, sauce extra ect…) La nourriture du buffet était bien le matin et le midi mais le soir ce n’est pas du tout de la bouffe typique de l’endroit mais plutôt de la nourriture américanisée. Rien de fou. Les pâtes goûtent les pâtes en boîte. Décevant aussi au niveau du tout inclus de base qui n’inclut pas les alcools haut de gamme et les crèmes glacées alors qu’un 5 jours nous a coûter 8000$CAD….

I can’t tell you how beautiful the resort was, the staff amazing, the rooms beautiful and clean. They have entertainment every night, music till 1130/12. Gelato on site. Sandwiches and desserts. Only think it lacks is more restaurant options, there was a buffet option, but ok. Breakfast was included and amazing and delicious There was a restaurant but they need more options. I would go back in a heartbeat

Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel .

Great hotel, bathroom was impeccable and modern, staff were really helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was also really tasty and lots of options.

Really well located hotel right outside the pedestrian zone in Palermo. In just 5 minutes you are in front of Teatro Massimo. The hotel is very secure, the staff is very friendly. Also important to note that the staff is the same everyday, and you’ll see the same ppl greeting you which is nice. The breakfast is everything you need to start a day. Small and fresh selection of cheese and meat, cereal, yogurts and of course their sweets. Rooms are very comfortable, with excellent bedding and mattresses. Very strong Air conditioning, and a great shower/bathroom. I would certainly recommend for couples and would stay again.
