The Hotel Is So Far From Everything it’s a hour drive to west end/ West Bay & So You Will Be Taking Cabs Everywhere & they are very expensive They Have The Same Food Every Single Day Nothing Changes & there’s No food after 8pm no snacks no nothing only water so you will be hungry at night time The Excursion People Never came to the resort They only have 1 bar and they don’t open until 11am & They Close At 10:30pm The Staff Is Very Good That’s the only plus overall I feel like I got ripped off it’s not what they portray it to be

Been coming for years and always enjoy our visit.

Arca is a beautiful property with much to offer. It's right on the beach, but set back so it's tranquil and quieter - not a "scene". The saltwater pool is delightful and long enough for swimming laps. The complementary glass of champagne at sunset is a very nice tradition. We used their shuttle service to/from the airport and enjoyed our driver so much that we hired him for 2 other excursions - one to a grocery store (we love checking out what and how people shop) and one to the downtown market area (see above) and a different beach to snorkel. The hotel, restaurant and bar staffs are incredibly helpful and accommodating from showing you around to checking you out and everything in between. The rooms are spacious, well air conditioned and modern. The decor everywhere is elegant. It was truly a delightful vacation.

Una experiencia inolvidable en Palmero Pay, Isla de la Bahía Nuestra estadía en la comunidad de Palmero Pay fue simplemente espectacular. Fuimos en familia buscando descanso y tranquilidad, y encontramos mucho más que eso. Cada día que pasamos allí fue excepcional: la casa estaba impecable, con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno, y tener el mar justo detrás fue una bendición. Caminar por la playa cada mañana y ver los atardeceres frente al mar fue una experiencia única. La paz del lugar, la belleza del paisaje y la comodidad de la casa hicieron de este viaje algo realmente inolvidable. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados a cualquiera que quiera desconectarse del estrés y conectarse con la naturaleza, la familia y la paz interior. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The staff could also be more attentive and responsive to guests’ needs. With better attention to cleanliness and customer service, the overall experience would be much more enjoyable.

Front Beach hotel Beautiful/ dream location! Amazing

Incredible stay (and I’m a harsh critic). Beautifully designed rooms, filtered water and espresso in-room daily, and hands-down the best food and drinks of our trip. Amazing views from the restaurant and a private waterfront deck just for guests. Can’t wait to return. Thank you to the staff and front of house for being so welcoming!!!
