The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Just fantastic. Location, people, on the beach. Everything was incredibly. Go for this if you're in Sorrento.

Incredible service and beautiful views of the Mediterranean

I cannot begin to express how happy I was with Hotel Angelina. It was a very easy walk from the Sant’Agnello station which my friend and I took from Naples. As soon as we turned right onto the alley towards it, we were delighted at the atmosphere and the town/village where it is located. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning. The white façade and white marble steps were beautiful. Marco was extremely welcoming and friendly to us and explained everything very smoothly. We absolutely loved our room when we entered. Very clean, bright, happy, the terrace had a beautiful view of the town and the hills. The bathroom was extremely clean with all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable in the building was quiet. This was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The walk to the beach was so beautiful and serene. I would highly highly recommend this hotel and this precise location to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much Hotel Angelina. YOU OVER DELIVERED!!! Ciao! P.s. PLEASE have dinner a one minute walk away at Tratoria Moderna. IF you can get a reservation in time.

An oasis in a busy town ideal to use as a base. The hotel was lovely, but what made it special was the staff who were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds and hotel were immaculately maintained. I had a great massage in the spa. Again the staff were welcoming ensuring you were put at ease and relaxed. The turnaround on daily room clean was one of the best we have ever experienced not sure how it was done so quickly. Transfers to town or train station were easily arranged with reception directly or using WhatsApp. Reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful. Located outside a busy town, but was easy for day trips (Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi) and we had some great meals at extremely reasonable prices. You can walk to Villa San Marco and Arianna which are really worth visiting (unbelievably free entry). It made for a unique experience unlike the standard chain hotels where you could be anywhere.
