The room is clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly. I called them to ask how to turn on AC and they came to my room to help very quickly. The vendor machine on the fourth floor didn’t work. My payment couldn’t go through after multiple attempts and it didn’t accept coins. I had to went all way down to the main floor just to grab a bottle of water. I forgot to bring my phone charger and slippers. The hotel didn’t have them for borrow or rent. The staff were nice though, apologized in the phone and provided suggestions. It turned out that I purchased them on DoorDash.

The hotel is well kept but a bit dated such as the old 13 litre flush toilets. Rooms are clean and comfortable All staff members we came into contact with were very friendly. The only exception was check in. The person didn’t smile and was not personable at all. That was the only exception The hallways were very cold with the air conditioning seemingly set very low. Altos restaurant had a great breakfast. Most people chose the buffet but we ordered off the menu. Very friendly for those with mobility issues. Casino is very nice but as most do it caters to slot players. Blackjack tables don’t open until 5:30. The 3 days we were there they only had one $10, one $15 and one $25 table. Very hard to find a seat. Understandably no outside food or drink. I bought a Coke Zero from the hotel Coke machine yet could not bring it in. Overall, a great place to stay.
