Friendly staff, great air-conditioning

Stay was ok. No bugs. Could use a little updating. Hole in the ceiling, MAY have been a secret camera… who knows. Iron didn’t work. Manager brought me another one and that one didn’t work either.

Crew is constantly cleaning. They offer complimentary hot breakfast. At my time of stay it was cheese grits, eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles. They also had juice, toast, yogurt, oatmeal options. A super fancy coffee machine that makes regular coffee to fancy coffee. They also offered a small hot dinner option. Hotel is pretty quiet for being right near the highway. Elevator is fast. Rooms were clean. My room did not have a closet but gave you various hooks throughout the room to hang items. Staff is very kind and helpful.

I’ve stayed at the casino property in Atmore and while this one is smaller everything is as clean and comfortable. The property is well manicured and maintained and staff are courteous and efficient.
