Staff was helpful. They were the best part of out stay. Doors to the rooms were heavy but could hear them slam. Could hear conversations thru the walls. My window had a full length gap that leaked rain, made the wall moldy and only had superficial repairs, was missing room items and things were broken. The bar and restaurant were not open as advertised. Great location but the rooms and amenities were poor.

Loved this hotel. They made everything so easy. The room was incredible and I loved that valet parking was included with the stay.

Beautiful property

My stay at the hotel was pleasant and the upgraded premium room was nice; however, the mattress for the bed has not been upgraded. My wife and I had a hard time sleeping because the mattress was so hard and thin.
