Total power failure, could not register when we arrived. No idea when power would be back so we booked another room down the road in an area that was not affected by the power failure. We need a refund as we could not access the room.

This was a WONDERFUL stay! I am so happy I picked this Hilton!! On arrival the lady at the desk was absolutely a joy! She was friendly, kind, helpful, and supportive. She had a kind beautiful smile as well. The room was absolutely perfect! We had a king suite with fridge and microwave. The couch was very comfortable! The bed was comfy. The room was spotless and has full size lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles in the bathroom. They also provide a face wipe and bar soap. Plenty of towels. Our room was quite spacious . The toilet area also has a closed door. They serve coffee and tea 24 hours a day. There is hot full breakfast or grab n go as well. The pool area is very inviting and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and beautiful with all the trees. Grounds were unkept nicely. Great place to stay!! It was for our anniversary, she was very accommodating. . So pleasantly surprised with the whole stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was AMAZING. My son had ended up with multiple splinters in his hand somehow from top golf. The front desk receptionist, I cannot remember her name, was phenomenal. She helped me out. I asked if there was a walgreens so I could go get medical items, she provided everything! Sewing kit, Tweezers, alcohol wipes and peroxide. She was the BEST! Our room was big, comfortable, and quiet. Location was great and the kids loved the pool. I'll be honest, I don't remember breakfast. I would definitely stay again tho.
