The hotel was clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are not sound proof. You could everyone's conversation in the hallway. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. The breakfast worker was rude and cranky. Smiled and said good morning and she looked at me and didn't respond.

Place was a hot mess. AC didn't work in our room, it stunk and there were dirty towels in it. I think there were 3 luggage carts in the entire place. The games in the arcade were crazy old and didn't give out jack squat for tickets. (Compared to the same games at other places) The breakfast buffet, gross. Had better FREE continental breakfast at a crap motel. Best part.... wait for it...... there was poop on the ground of the pool, in a small trail. Thankfully, someone pointed it out and they cleaned it up. WITH A FREAKING BROOM AND DUST PAN! Sorry, they did take two swipes with a mop afterwards. All this said, some of the staff did appear to try and help? I got the feeling some of them wanted to, but were either understaffed or just didn't have the ability to do so. This is our second time here and it wasn't great the first time. We gave it a second try and NEVER AGAIN.

I loved the suite, just really had issues with the washing machine. You're all awesome. Expedia staff was AMAZING. They were helpful hotel lady on the phone was really kind and sweet. She was kind enough to help and make sure my stay was settled even with MY poor planning. You're all amazing I hope to be able to stay there again. Good memories and good people. Breakfast was good. We had 2 rooms for 4 people. The fan did not work in either bathroom. The man who checked us in was not very friendly. I really felt like I was putting him out!!
