Lovely place and pretty new but I would not say it’s a 5 star hotel. The staff are lovely but the clientele leaves a lot to be desired. I have stayed at Half Moon at previous visits and this certainly is no Half Moon. More geared for blue collar workers who want to feel they’re saved up to stay somewhere posh. It is also very noisy. At the bar pool you hear very loud music hitting you from 3 directions- all playing different songs! We found most other guests to be rowdy and inconsiderate. Screaming and talking loud at all hours of the night. It’s not a place I would go back to.

The property is very modern and feels like a NYC hotel. Everything is beige and modern. The hours for the restaurants were limited. You had to pay for the nicer liquors and often there were no towels in our rooms. Overall the hotel was very underwhelming and we will not be back (especially as it is over an hour from the airport- definitely not worth the drive).

Please ! Get here after 3p please they uphold the “the check in is at 3pm” . Me and boyfriend arrived at 12p and didn’t check in until 5p. We got a room with a plunge pool . ABSOLUTELY amazing . Staff is great. There is a surcharge of 15dollars every time you order room service but the room service food is actually good . Restaurant options are amazing . Authentic Jamaican food. It was an amazing resort . Drinks are on point . I stayed at princess grand but I will definitely try mangrove which is the adults only side that have bungalows. 7.5/10 . Worth it

This resort was amazing. It was brand new. Our two Butler‘s Chris & Pierrre, were amazing. This added k so much to our experience so I will say if you do book here make sure you at least book a platinum experience. You have your own dining area. You have your own infinity pool you have your own area where you can relax, have a drink & eat. It was great. We went to the spa and that was fabulous. We did a couples massage and those women were amazing. My masseuse’s name was Carolyn (sorry can’t remember the other lady). We stayed on the family side because the adult side sold out of the platinum swim out. I enjoyed my room however, if you’re an adult, it was just me and my husband. If you are an adult, I would say stay on the adult side. There was a lot of noise in the hallway. Mostly you know there were children, screaming, and all that in the hallway & you expect that on the family side. so but one thing that we did not like to was someone ran the Jacuzzi all night. The walls appear to be very thin. Would definitely return

Went for a week on family vacation with my husband and 2 young boys. We absolutely love everything about this resort. The resort is stunning! The decor had us in awe! The room is spacious and nice loved the balcony with the chairs, the food was excellent and the pools and water park was 10/10! We enjoyed our stay!

As a Hotels.com Gold Member and frequent traveler to all-inclusive resorts, I can confidently say that Princess Grand Jamaica is in a league of its own. Hands down, this was the best all-inclusive resort experience we’ve had as a family. We stayed in a stunning oceanfront suite that featured a private jacuzzi on the balcony and access to a gorgeous infinity pool, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning feel like paradise. We also upgraded to the Platinum service, which took everything to the next level. Our amazing butlers, Rayon and Gregory, made sure our stay was flawless. From organizing a surprise birthday celebration for our son (complete with decorations and cake in our suite) to booking dinner reservations and being available for anything we needed, they truly went above and beyond. The entire resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel like royalty. If you’re considering a stay, don’t think twice go Platinum and ask for Rayon and Gregory. This was a 5-star experience from start to finish, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

This experience was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was quick. We received cool hand towels to refresh our hands and face, upon arrival, and were immediately served rum punch during our short wait. Great food, great servers, great bartenders. Great vibes all around. Shoutout to the entire gift shop staff. However, they fell a bit short when it came to getting service from the front desk. We had 3 people in our party and there were only two towels and one small tube of bath gel; the extra towels took forever to arrive and housekeeping never arrived to tidy up our room and refill our bath products.
