We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed. There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in

Room was very clean, lovely bathroom with powerful shower. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated and organised a taxi in under a minute for our transfer to the ferry. Honestly the only thing I had a problem with is that the lifts are very small and bit slow/temperamental. Ended up taking the stairs once because I waited so long to get down for breakfast which has a small but adequate variety

Sensational contemporary hotel in the heart of Bari

Great location for proximity to both the old and new town. Quiet and staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a loft room, nicely laid out, but as noted the stairs require caution as they are a bit steep. The rooms are a bit dated, did not worry us, but good to know. Breakfast had something for all, nice setting. We would stay here again.

Parking was an issue

A clean and comfortable hotel that's ideally located for both the city and train station. It has a wonderful rooftop bar. The breakfast is good. Recommended.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. I would recommend asking to be placed off the street. Activity outside was nonstop all night between honking cars, arguing people, recycling/garbage trucks, emergency vehicle sirens.
