Very clean bedrooms with great views. Corner king is totally worth it. Robert at the front desk was a great resource and very friendly + the valets were quick, easy and helpful too! Our preferred hotel when staying in Minneapolis.

This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Nicolett Mall in Minneapolis. The front desk (Fatima) was wonderful. She helped me solve the parking issue, introduced me to Hyatt rewards at the hotel, explained the breakfast package better (which had not been explained at my prior visit) and made the experience great overall. The service at the restaurant was okay. Dinner service was not great as there were waiters standing around before we got served. The buffet was great and breakfast service was much better. The service at the market was excellent. Room service was not great. There were few supplies in the bathroom (toilet tissue, towels) for three people in the room. I left multiple messages Saturday night and no one ever responded. The first time was better. This time was mediocre. But since it is close to my son's college and we will likely be traveling back to Minneapolis soon, I'd stay here again.

The hotel smelled the weed. The room had a terrible chemical smell. There was used trashed underneath the beds. The door didn’t close all the way and the room was not as described at all. The staff were terrible and didn’t try to solve the issue at all. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and we actually ended up leaving the property and stay somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.

Excellent accomodations in a beautiful area of the city!

Checked in to find out that the pool and hot tub were out of service. That was one of the reasons we booked with this hotel. Door to those facilities had a notice that they were shut down by the state. Room was clean when we entered. However, we stayed 2 days, and there was no turn down service. Sheets didnt properly fit the bed, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and TP for day 2.
