We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the two rooms that we booked. We reserved and paid for "Room details -- Luxury Room, 1 Bedroom, Fireplace, Mountain View". Instead, we got 2 standard rooms with artificial fireplaces, a broken screen door, poor service in the restaurant for breakfast, etc...

Awesome room. Breakfast was ok. Items on menu not available. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Great towels but TP cheap. Nice stuffed animal display. I would go back but not eat there again.

We have stayed here before and we have always enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. When we order hashbrowns we expect the traditional hashbrowns. We expect the biscuits and gravy to come with sausage in the gravy, not be extra.

I loved staying here last year but this year it seemed a bit "guilded". It is a really charming rustic lovely looking place. The guy who checked us in was very helpful. We then noticed that it seemed like the quality was only skin deep. Many things did not match the price tag. The beds were not comfortable, the hot tub was not really usable. The coffee provided to guests was very weak. There was a k-cup vending machine in the lobby with some better options. It seemed kind of lame to charge the guests for the good coffee but on our last morning i tried to buy one and the machine took my money and didnt dispense anything. The kid at the desk could not care less. He looked for a key then said "we dont operate that machine" and walked away. He would not comp us in any way and had a bad attitude about it. Its not about the 2 bucks but i just felt like we got robbed a little and told not to let the door hit us on our way out. We literally got better service and better coffee at the super 8 in Longmont.

Love everything about this place; the room size and amenities, the rustic looking knotty pine furniture throughout the hotel, the restaurant and its huge outdoor balcony, the grounds that include everything from corn hole to a hot tub!
