Great place to stay

We decided to arrive a day earlier for our flight and honestly booked because of the price. Just needed a bed. We were very pleasantly surprised by the room. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was like all traditional hotel comp breakfasts which is perfect for me as I am not a huge breakfast person. The most noticeable part of our stay was the staff. They were so pleasant and kind. They were training a new staff and she did amazing. We will be definitely staying here again. We did not use the pool or gym but did check them both out. Love that the pool has adult swim from 11pm to 12 am and it looked well maintained.

I guess you get what you pay for. Stains on the sheets, red stains in the sink, gross shower that took a while to get warm. Went to make myself coffee in the morning and there was trash in the water compartment.

When I went into my room everything looked and seemed fine. When I turned the bed down to go to sleep it smelled like cigarettes. A smoker had been in the room before and it was not cleaned properly

A first time stay at the AmeriVu Inn for me.There are many hotel options in the same area to choose from, but the very reasonable price was the first thing that caught my eye.A very clean hotel with friendly staff.While I did not have breakfast this trip, there was an excellent variety of items to choose from..Highly recommended! I will stay here again next trip.

I ordered a room with 2 beds and we were put in a room with 1 bed and 1 couch with a pullout bed. The photo is extremely misleading. The floors vibrated when someone walked by in the hall. Someone burnt popcorn in a microwave in the lobby and we could smell it on the 3rd floor inside our room. We left to go to dinner and we could still smell the burnt smell on us 20 min later.
