The TV doesn’t have English Channel ; should include English Channel; The room should have curtain in addition to drapes, without curtain the downstairs room window cannot be opened since no privacy from the street.

Good location and easy to get places. The room was odd and the fan made a loud whining sound. Luckily we could keep the window to the Terrance open, though we were right above a plaza and the cigarette smoke was killing my sinuses.

This hotel was very convenient to all the sights but the bath tiles in the shower were gross. It was in serious need of caulking. I would never let it get this bad in my house so why did this hotel think it is okay? Also, I like to read before bed and there was no reading light, just a bright overhead light that would disturb my partner. For these reasons I cannot recommend.

Awesome Location

Great location, walk out lobby and you can catch a bus, get a drink or a bite to eat or a short easy walk to the plaza area. The staff is great very helpful in sending you in the right direction. I would highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

Property was very close to central areas and just across the street from bus stop to Alhambra and other buses. Staff was very nice and helpful when I had questions. Room itself was just fine. It was clean enough and had enough blankets and towels. Location and price made up for it.

The hotel is decorated very artfully, including our room. The room is small, but it has a loft that my daughter had her own space. The breakfast did not have lot of variety, but good enough for us. The location is good. The cathedral is just few minutes of walk, Alhambra is about 20 minutes away.

While it was in good location and room clean the room setup was awful. We had the "yetti" room that was for a family of 4. One bed was in a loft with a circular stair above the main bed and creak at every movement. The second "child" bed was next to an old courtyard that had glass which at night flash light evertime someone was in hallway and lastly the glass bathroom in the middle that had no privacy due to the half in gap on sides of the door. When someone had to go to bathroo. At night the light lit up whole room.

Overall a nice place to stay

We had a very enjoyable time! The room space was a bit tight and the mattress too firm; yet the location was wonderful; the staff was wonderful and the top deck was amazing! The decor was fun and stylish. The morning breakfast option was nice. The price was reasonable. I recommend staying here.
