This place was fine. The check in experience is not great as the instructions on how to check in send you to a random residential adress down the street from the actual property. Thankfully the lady who opened the door when we dang was absolutly lovely. Unlike the people actually at the reception. When i tried to let the lady at the front desk that we had just disturbed a random person because their instructions for the property was wrong she totally ignored me. Thw property itself was fine, thankfully the apartment was somewhat spacious and didnt feel cramped even though there were four of us. But the toilet stopped working the first night we were there and didnt get fixed until 7pm the next night. The gentlemen who fixed it was lovely and very quick with the repairs. The sheet on the bed were not fitted so halfway through the night you ended up just beaing on the bare matress and the pillows were absolutly dreadfull. Apart from all that, the location itself is actually really nice. There is a little local squre about a 5 mins walk from the propwrty and is full of little restaurants and icecream places and was a little market happening on saturday night. It is also very close to some lovely beaches which is what you are there for in the end. The place is ok, just a little dissapointing since the pictures seemed so nice online and i felt like we paid way more than we should have.

Great adults only hotel. Lovely very well designed room and bathroom. Really lovely pool area, shaded lawn and beach, all with ample sunbeds. Breakfast was nice but some more fresh salad options would have been better. Easy walk to restaurants.

Even before we arrived we already had a positive experience from the hotel. We e mailed them prior to our stay to ask about transport links from Pula airport and they arranged a Taxi for us from the airport (they did tell us how to get there via Public Transport we just opted for the taxi route to the hotel). Our room was lovely, great size and cleaned very regularly with facilities like a Safe and Room Service very easy to use. Food was lovely and the staff were always helpful and very polite. We used the Hospitality service to get advice on some trips which was great, we booked a boat trip through them which was amazing! It was my partners birthday while we were there which I hadn't mentioned but they turned up on the day of his birthday with a bottle of fizz and a note wishing him Happy Birthday which was a lovely touch! The pool was lovely and the location near the beach and a local supermarket was perfect. Would definately recommend to a friend and visit again.

The beds were clean, but the bathroom was old and had water scale stains on the shower wall, smells musty, don’t expect any stars at this place, that was our only option for an overnight stay so we had no choice. Breakfast was mediocre at Best.

The reviews seemed too good to be real, so I was a bit skeptical. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The hotel was amazing. It’s just as beautiful as the photos. The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond.

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

There was no greeting ever from the front desk people. They didn’t even tell us that we had to go up so many stairs with big luggages and didn’t even offer assistance. They didn’t have a blow dryer in the room so had to go ask for one and they told us we had to return it and no iron or ironing board. The room was musty and weird layout and uncomfortable bed and the water for shower took forever to heat up. The room key chain weighs a ton so be prepared to carry around that weight. It was very noisy. You could hear everything. No offerings of any sort of water or ice or coffee or anything. The bare minimum and it wasn’t cheap. Horrible hotel. Would never recommend unless they were triple cheaper in price.

El hotel está más que bien, limpio muy bien ubicado y con personal amable. Incluso se retrasó nuestra llegada y no tuvieron inconveniente en hacer check in a deshora. Queremos destacar la atención de Tommy, durante el servicio de desayuno, realmente una profesional excelente.
