Was not able to stay on my schedule date due to visa, I asked them for a change of date or cancellation, they absolutely refused, the worst customer service ever in my life !!!

This is a simple but cozy property. The staff was pleasant and the place was very clean.

Location was okay but hotel, its old. All furnitures and restroom was old and not so clean. Definitely its not a 4 stars. It motel 6 level of hotel. I only can give 2 stars. If I can recommends something, the restroom need ventilation, also the room doesn't remote control for air conditioning unit. Only 1 setting, on or off. 1 last thing, it was very noisy, I dont know where the noisy coming from but I couldn't sleep at night. Also I could hear snoring from next room. OmG...sorry I won't go back.
