This works like an Air B&B no staff on site, but that was no problem. The room was spacious. The shower has a glass door and is is open to the room so if you are sharing the room with someone keep that in mind. The parking is limited, but we had no problem getting a spot. There is a nice bar that is open to the public. The bed was comfortable and there was a large table. I worked from the room so the spacious table was nice. On the same block as the hotel there are several restaurants. This will be our go to stay when we have activities in East Nashville.

Excellent location, comfortable room, and a great restaurant and coffee bar. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. A pen mark was left on the leather interior of my car, and resolving the issue was frustrating because the valet service is operated by a third-party company, making communication inefficient.

There was no soda machine of any kind for water or anything. Hard to find the hotel , no sign other than written small on the door and a large garbage bin in front so I couldn’t even see the door so drove around it twice looking for it

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairlane Hotel........ The room was very clean but our A/C on the 9th floor was outrageously loud in our room ( ? etiology); The bed and pillows were comfy in my opinion. The staff was very nice however, failed to mention that there is a hidden daily ' destination charge" and that you can park your own car at a nearby parking lot ( for 35-50$) rather than pay $70 per night for a third party vendor to park and retrieve your vehicle! The bartender was not eager to fulfill the ' free drink" card upon arrival and used only bottom shelf liquor ( plus he needs a hotel shirt !). The location is fabulous...quiet...easy walk to Broadway street , shops; restaurants, etcc

Our family had a wonderful stay at Noelle. This boutique hotel was in the perfect location—close to Broadway and many of Nashville's historic attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also loved the coffee and water stations on each floor, which were such a convenient and thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Checkin was a breeze and the hotel is located close to lots of restaurants and shopping

Upon check in the staff was unprepared and not at all knowledgeable as tot he events that were taking place at the facility. Bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned nor had the carpet in the room vacuumed.
