This works like an Air B&B no staff on site, but that was no problem. The room was spacious. The shower has a glass door and is is open to the room so if you are sharing the room with someone keep that in mind. The parking is limited, but we had no problem getting a spot. There is a nice bar that is open to the public. The bed was comfortable and there was a large table. I worked from the room so the spacious table was nice. On the same block as the hotel there are several restaurants. This will be our go to stay when we have activities in East Nashville.

Excellent location, comfortable room, and a great restaurant and coffee bar. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. A pen mark was left on the leather interior of my car, and resolving the issue was frustrating because the valet service is operated by a third-party company, making communication inefficient.

Great experience…the concierge was a true asset and was able to secure tickets (at a discount) and made great recommendations. You cannot beat the location. And staying in such a historic building is wonderful. Super close and walkable to all the sites!

Loved this hotel! Highly recommend!! Very upscale, modern and in a very walkable location. Bar and restaurant was great. Very spacious, clean and very modern room and bathroom. Awesome terrace!! Very friendly staff!! Ill pick this over other popular hotel chains like hilton or Marriott.

The valet parking system is DUMB!!! Travelers should NOT have to engage with the valet employees every time they go in and out the hotel. If a traveler is paying for parking, their room key should give them access to park their own vehicle after the first interaction with the valet. This helps when its several people waiting to either get their vehicle parked or brought to them. Other than that, the stay was nice.

The most beautiful and comfortable hotel that ive ever been to in my life, 7 Stars!
