The breakfast was not that great..bacon, waffles maker, boiled eggs, and non-dairy for coffee could be added to the menu..the pancake maker was not great at making pancakes that needs to be taken away.who ever came up with that concept needs to rethink on the pancake mix. Other then that very clean and great employees

Excellent location. Beachfront property. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating with simple requests ( change towels ) . Mattress and sheets great. Pillows need improvement. Bathroom large in size and clean. Everything working as they are supposed to (tv, microwave, ref, aircon). Overall positive experience. Would come def back! Front desk receptionist on 8/9/26 could have a better attitude upon our check in.

Hotels are in the HOSPITALITY industry correct? 🤔 Welp, showed up early from extensive traveling hoping to be able to check in 2 hrs early because sometimes it’s possible if you just ask and someone is nice enough to work it out for you, when I requested that the afternoon of august 11th 2026 desk clerk was rude and gave a very sarcastic answer, you know who you are, extremely off putting, normally in that scenario, I would refund everything and leave the property, but we were desperate at the time, there is only one ice machine for the whole property, rooms could be A LOT cleaner, everything is very outdated, they are pet friendly, but they charge you a $50 pet deposit which is ridiculous on top of not even having a space for dogs on the outside property makes no sense at all, definitely overpriced for what it is and would never go back, unless hotels.com would take care of a stay for me again there to give them another chance to improve and second chance of a better experience for me
