Golf del Sur Vacation Packages

The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up.

The hotel is spectacular from the moment you arrive. You will feel like you are privileged to be there as every small detail is taken care of between the food, the staff, and the facilities. Nothing is less than five star throughout.

Very well appointed Aparthotel. Ideal for my needs at the time. Reasonable priced and very helpful staff.

Une hôtel de grande classe

Quick 4 day trip. Beautiful hotel, modern, spacious with good and drink choice. Breakfast is fantastic, one of the best I have had. Reception staff are excellent and can’t do enough to help - we had a small issue with our room and were moved with no hesitation and upgraded due to the inconvenience. We will be back!

The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging. One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.
