The property is getting a bit outdated and it’s showing. The unit was very clean, however sinks were slow to drain, bathroom door handle falling off, blinds are broken and dated. Good enough value for the money - but a few upgrades would really make this unit much more appealing.
Everything here was great; we especially liked the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Check in was easy, and the staff provided for everything we needed (extra bedding, coffee, etc).
In all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly stay here again.
Great drive up! Friendly staff, decent accommodations for the off season price. But no verification when calling for early checkout when left a voice mail

Super noisy. They advertised a sauna, there was no sauna and the hot tub was not a proper hot tub, more of a warm pool.
No staff on sight, everything around it was closed because of the “shoulder season”.

We love it here. We come back every year for our family ski trip. Service is excellent and the place is large, clean and cozy with private hot tub. It’s a true ski out without being too close to the gondola Everything you need for a perfect ski trip!
We loved the private hot tub. We loved the kitchen and its many amenities including Nespresso, dishwasher, washer/dryer facilities. We enjoyed the separate bathrooms for our two bedroom property.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Decor very old looking, drapes worked poorly, bathroom and kitchen needed updating.
A bit away from the base but really quiet. A nice hot tub area. Parking is easy. A little worn around the edges room (original furniture) wise but each unit is different. I prefer it to the two buildings that are right beside the gondola. Bellstar runs it and they do an above average job.
Palliser Lodge is a convenient location with ski in ski out access. The rooms are in decent condition. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned, but probably would have been if we asked. I would book again. My only real complaint is that the residents in the building were not friendly, even rude at times. Aggressive approach to visitors with dogs (even though it’s a dog friendly building) and complaining about kids playing outside. Someone also commented on cars parking in the underground parking which stalls are very small (someone wrote on my friends car ‘nice f$&!ing parking a$$hole).
