We had an awful room. Stuck in a corner under the stairs with bins, ashtrays and building materials right outside our door. Parking outside of rooms was limited. We knew the location was out of town but the access roads were very convoluted. We ate at their Indian restaurant one evening and had upset stomachs the following day. We would not stay here again.

“Quiet Stay but Needs Improvement” The hotel was in a decent, quiet location, which made for a peaceful night’s rest. However, the facilities were missing some basic essentials. One of the AC knobs was missing, and there were no markings on the controls, so it was unclear what each setting did. It also seemed like the AC would switch to fan mode during the night and only start cooling again in the morning. The bathroom had no hooks or bars to hang towels or clothes, which was inconvenient. Several doors were difficult to open or close, requiring extra force. The TV didn’t have any available channels, and there was a slight odd smell in the room. On a positive note, the Indian restaurant next door served excellent food, which was a highlight of the stay.

Amazing stay!

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Lots of parking and great location. Was also lucky enough to get an amazing mountain view from our room. Will definitely stay again next time im in Golden!

Stayed here for 2 nights face no problems Parking may get full if you come little late in the night however still got a spot. Lady Staff was helpful to change my suite at lower level on request. Bed was comfortable.

The room we were given initially had a broken toilet seat and when notified they said its a minor issue and they are fully booked. I insisted for another room and the room we were given after that had a dirty toilet. please see the picture attached. At this point we had no patience after a long day to ask them again. Towels had yellow stain. Overall its not some place I would like to stay again.

The towels were not replaced from the last customers , folded and hung up still dirty,The adjoining room door did not lock properly, so the neighbor could have entered during the night.the taps and faucets were very dirty , kinda nasty.Ironing board had a huge stain. The bedding was nice and clean , no bed bugs found .We paid 250$ for the night, the other hotels were 400 plus

This place is way over charge for what you get. They charged us close to $300.00 per night. There’s no restaurant within the facility unless you like East Indian food because that’s all they serve. It smells like curry from morning to night. They provide no continental breakfast at all. I would not recommend this hotel to most tourists unless you’re east Indian. It’s not that I have a problem with East Indians but that’s really all they cater to. We had to go a long ways to find a restaurant that would be suitable for Canadian cuisine. The linoleum that was put on the floor was the worst installation that I’ve ever seen for linoleum. The provided no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner no nothing. One good thing I will say about this place as they did have nice and comfortable beds. Spend less money and go to a chain hotel it would serve you better.
