The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and the front desk is very helpful. The only problem I had was when I tried to get a coffee from a coffee machine in the lobby which I thought was complimentary for the guests. To my surprise, a waiter began yelling at me, the coffee was not for guests of the hotel but people attending some conference. He yelled at me across the whole lobby at it was very very embarrassing. Surrounding people began looking at me like some kind of a thief. I understand if the coffee is not for the guests but there is a way to let the guests know without humiliating them.

Great location, very clean and spacious apartments, include all necessities. Parking was a constant challenge. We’d spend 30-45 min to find parking. And most of the time it would be 10-15 min walk away. One difficult part is that there is no reception and you can’t get ahold of anyone via messages or phone.
