Being given the wrong key and walking in on somebody else asleep in their bed was not a great start. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Very family friendly - something for everyone, adults and children. So much to do on the property you don't need to leave; recreation, food, bar, very nice, large, unique, beautiful rooms.

Great resort, amazing views, super clean, front desk team very friendly and helpful.

Check in was so smooth. We called them at about 4pm on check in day because we wouldn't arrive until almost 2am, they gave us the code to the lock box and told us we were all set. They also gave us an after hours phone number in case we needed anything when we got there. The lock box was easy to open and we got inside with no issues. The Villa was beautiful and incredibly clean. The private hot tub was wonderful and we took full advantage of it after our almost 7 hour drive. Everything about our stay was wonderful and my kids have begged to go back to vacation there. We will definitely be back
