Room was amazing!

Kanuga Lodge is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with a truly serene atmosphere. A perfect place to relax, unwind & reconnect with nature. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for my sister and I! Downtown close to everything. Hotel had wonderful service and atmosphere! Small and quaint! Bed was very comfortable!! Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer were very helpful! The bottled water, coffee and snacks were unexpected delights!!

Convenient for what we were doing, clean, and comfortable. Service was a little slow, but not horribly so. I would stay here again if we were on a similar trip.

This hotel is adorable. Jake at check in was so helpful and got out a map and wrote down restaurants, bars and art galleries that he recommends. It was so helpful and all were great recommendations. Location is perfect for walking too. Our room was beautiful and huge. If there was a drawback, it would be that our room was loud. This is to be expected in an old house so it didn’t bother us too much. We were directly above the bar/ restaurant area and you could hear people talking outside our door after getting home late at night. Maybe request one of the other two houses if planning to stay here. Overall, it didn’t bother us and the place was great.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and courteous. Room service arrived quickly. Dinner was delicious and flavorful. I love the ambiance, the warmth and the beautiful artwork all around the hotel. The Valet team worked incredibly efficiently. Rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained. The Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub with the bath salts provided. I would stay here again.
