The hotel was nice but difficult to find. It was very loud in the room both from the street outside & other people coming in and out of the hotel.

The resort is great, this was my second time staying here one time in winter and one time in the summer. The mountain view is wonderful and the surrounding towns are beautiful. Plenty to do and shopping centers are close by. Recommend 100%

It was a wonderful stay the room was very clean and spacious. The common area downstairs was my favorite part of my whole stay. Wide variety of games to play with other guest that are also staying.

I would stay here again for sure. Nice clean room, generous breakfast, pool and hot tub, what’s not to like? Very convenient to Bousquet ski area. Restaurants nearby. Easy drive into either Lenox or Pittsfield.

This holiday apartment was very dated, dark, and had a damp smell. The pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible for anyone to get a good night’s sleep. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything from our neighbors, including footsteps, and toilets flushing. As a family with a young child, we felt like we had spent three days in an assisted living facility rather than a vacation resort. The staff in the main office were friendly, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say about our stay.

This is a magical place for couples or families. We were lucky to get a clear night and saw the Milky Way. The goats on property were so sweet. Shawn the amazing manager of the Inn stocks the fridge with fresh eggs from the chickens. I highly recommend the Game Farm for an escape from the daily grind.
