Nice little hotel, 2 minutes walk to the town centre with lots of restaurants and cafés. Friendly staff at the hotel, hotel is warm and clean and has easy parking. Would recommend.

Price and quality matches here. Nothing fancy and things are somewhat dated, but a decent hotel when travelling through Givet. Free parking is available and within walking distance.

Séjour globalement insatisfaisant, tant sur la qualité de la chambre que sur la gestion de la réclamation. La suite familiale présentait une odeur marquée de cigarette (rideaux imprégnés), ce qui est inacceptable, en particulier pour une personne asthmatique. La nuit a également été perturbée par des nuisances sonores extérieures et une isolation phonique insuffisante. Nous n’avons pas pu faire de retour immédiat, ayant quitté l’établissement à 6h du matin sans personnel présent à la réception. La réclamation a donc été faite après le séjour. La réponse apportée a consisté à refuser tout geste commercial au motif de l’absence de signalement sur place, sans prise en compte des désagréments subis. Une approche peu commerciale et décevante, qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus.
