"Hotel very nice close to beach and shops "
Staff very helpful. Only had one bad experience with the staff and that was the day before we were due to fly home . We were having trouble to check in online the young lady behind reception that evening wasn’t very helpful she was more interested in speaking to two policemen that had come into the hotel. Told me I could do it on my mobile . But on checking out of the hotel a young man named Javier was very helpful and printed our boarding passes for us Thankyou.

"Friendly staff and good for families."
The hotel can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of ~€12. Guests can access the beach areas via the hotel gardens with a shopping centre (which includes a large supermarket), also being nearby. The hotel staff are amongst the best I have encountered at a large hotel. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and very helpful. My room was furnished to a good standard and I had no issues with noise and slept very well. I had half board and was impressed by the variety and standard of food which was available at both breakfast and dinner. In summary, a well-run hotel which I would highly recommend, particularly for those with young families.

"quiet but that's what I wanted "
The hotel staff were amazing, I arrived after a very distressing journey and the lady (ginger) on reception greeted me by first name and saw I needed looking after ❗️ The hotel itself is just about to have a facelift so there wasn't many guests and that made it quiet , luckily I needed that anyway . The pool was absolutely freezing but apparently that was because of the refurb. Food was ok , shop was pricey , rooms and hotel were very clean . All in all I would probably go back as the staff were fantastic .

"Wonderful hotel but forget about the wi-fi"
Rooms showing signs of wear and tear but comfortable, functional and clean. Exceptionally good staff, especially the chamber cleaning staff. Food is excellent and, in this case, I would recommend the 'all inclusive' deal without hesitation. The important thing here though is more the beach/lagoon location than the hotel - unbeatable! The one downside is the wi-fi - it is difficult to access - only seems to work in reception and some common parts - requires daily re-logging-in but doesn't tell you and is slow and limited. As long you can access moviestar (mobile 3g), which I did on my giffgaff contract, then this does work and is fast enough for holiday use. I doubt any hotel on the island has good wi-fi. Final word - this is a really comfortable, relaxed and well run operation - I think most people would be happy here.

"Well-cleaned resort close to a good beach"
No kettle in room. Needed a 20 euro deposit to hire one. Not clear before travel and not clear that is what one has to do. No offer to take said kettle to room to room. No cups for teas or coffee in room; 'borrowed' 2 x cups each day from restaurant. No power outlets by bed for cpap [apnoea machine] or similar. Luckily we took 2 extension leads. No directions or instructions for air -con control and needs enhancement of general comment about air con from effectiveness; i.e. it says that the system is best if doors are shut but it simply won't work if patio door is not locked; I.e. handle down and interlock made is only way the air con will run. Rooms are very hot. Balcony directly overlooked terrace bar. Jacuzzi inoperative in pool. Shower scalding on hot water max and no warning. Laundry promise is inaccurate. We had some washing done and there is a contractual promise on the form that says: "if handed in before 09.00 am will be returned within 24 hours". Ours took 2.5 days. TV reception rubbish. Wine in bottles in restaurant and bars is good Help oneself to beer and wine very good. There are lots of Germans and their 'continental' approach to rule-breaking bed reservations and queue jumping is very frustrating. The resort would benefit from a smoking area as there is tobacco smoke everywhere.

"An excellent experience"
We had a fantastic time at the Royal Suites Hotel from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were faultless from arrival at reception, through to the catering team, cleaners (restaurant and room) and especially the Animation entertainment team who genuinely made our stay. The room was fine, nothing fancy but was all we needed - a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and nice-sized balcony. We made use of the safe in the room and also hired the beach towels on arrival for the week which saved us having to bring them with us. The pool area was lovely, relaxing and well maintained. The serve yourself poolside bar was a treat. The all inclusive restaurant served a great selection at every mealtime and, although it was a little monotonous toward the end of our stay, we always found something we liked and never went hungry. The poolside activities were great too - we joined in with aqua-gym, darts, shuffleboard and water polo and got on really well with the friendly team. The evening entertainment was also brilliant - the team put in so much effort and it showed! The hotel is kind of in the middle of no where which was great for the kind of holiday we wanted. The beach was just a short walk away and there were some shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. The free bus to Oasis Park was a nice surprise too - would definitely recommend a trip there! All in all, a fantastic hotel, amazing staff and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend!

"A peaceful hotel stay"
This was a late booking that was well worth it. Located In a quiet area. With complimentary bus to the beach. The room and large balcony over looking the golf course and the facilities are lovely. The staff were very welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed water aerobic and walks. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a peaceful holiday.

"Nice hotel overall, but not sure we would go back "
Made a reservation in this hotel with our 9 mo old daughter. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that our full board reservation did not include beverages for lunch and dinner (we are used to all inclusive stays in the carribean). I (now) understand that full board is not the same as all inclusive, but i would've liked It to be specified on the reservation page or in the reservation details (expedia???). Also, i payed for a room with a queen bed and a sea view, but we ended up being given a room with 2 single beds, garden view and no wifi connexion. We raised this issue with the front desk clerk and he fixed it for us the next day: we had a sea view room with a king bed and excellent wifi (as this room was closer to the lobby). Breakfast buffet was the best one of the 3 according to me. As we do not eat meat, we ended up eating a lot of fries, pizza and 1-2 vege options. We also noticed that the food had a tendancy to be "recycled"... A cake that was served in last night's dinner would reappear in today's lunch... The clientele is mainly composed of senior couples and families with babies/toddlers (which is nice when you travel with a baby). The location is perfect as it is at a walking distance to the beach and a small mall (with a grocery store, which comes in handy to buy big bottles of waters to keep in your room since 200ml water bottles sell at 2€ during lunch and dinner). Nice experience overall, but will probably rent a studio/appartment next time.

Giniginamar is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Giniginamar, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Giniginamar hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
