Our room was large with a small kitchenette and was very clean. The lobby is very large and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering has something for everyone, was good, and quickly replenished. Parking is safe and secure in a lower level garage. For bad news, a number of the electrical outlets in our room were inoperable and too lose to hold a plug. Our shower was a a nightmare. The water pressure was fine but trying to adjust the water temperature was impossible. It ran scalding hot or ice cold. There was no in between. Neither my wife nor I could shower this morning. Since we were to leave shortly it didn’t make any sense to file a complaint with the lobby.

It had good locations near. Free parking and water. This place is terrible. 1980s era cheap window air conditioning unit hanging of window. You cannot close the room darkening shades. Deangelo front desk clerk totally unsmiling, unhelpful. Elevator 1 of two broke down for a day, had to get by crew working on my floor fixing elevator. Very old plug multipliers so worn I could not keep laptop plugged in. Complained to front desk staff and told “not my pay grade “. Rained and water leaked on my floor hallway . Entrance so small auto has tough time getting through. Restaurant ok but closed at. 2pm several days per week. Closed for “private event “ with no notice. We paid average 400 per night for pay experience.

The stay was great!! Very clean, and room was awesome! Our only negative was we weren’t given a lot of explanation to how everything at the hotel “operates” upon check in, notably a quick rundown of the elevator and parking process. We were able to figure it out, but it’s a little nerve wracking when it’s busy check in times and you’re not sure of the process.

We booked a premium water view room 2 months in advance. At checkin we were told none of those rooms were available. They "upgraded" us to a small suite with absolutely no view. The only reason we selected this over priced hotel was for the view. It was too late to book anywhere else. Also, even though we paid in advance they added an additional night (over $1000) to our bill. They did remove the charge once we complained. The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful.
