Great location and a great value/price, but let's not kid ourselves. This is not a 5-star type of location. It is an excellent value/part of the experience of traveling to Ha Noi.

was extremely disappointed with my first hotel choice, which prompted me to book this hotel instead. I can't fully describe the amazing experience I had here. I have never been treated so well at any hotel I have stayed in throughout my lifetime. The staff knew me by name, addressed me personally, and greeted me warmly every time they saw me. The staff was simply incredible. I can't believe this hotel isn't ranked number one among the four hotels in the group. I am seriously considering coming back to Vietnam just so I can stay here again. It was truly a phenomenal experience, and I am sincerely thankful and grateful to every member of the staff—from the front desk team to the amazing chefs and servers who made the breakfast buffet such a wonderful experience. Great location. Warm and welcoming staff catering to all your needs. Great hospitality. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was a good spread too. Nice rooftop as well.

Staff is very friendly and made us feel really welcomed. Room is clean and nicely equipped. The pool is great for kids! Breakfast buffet is very nice as well with great variety of food and drinks. Definitely will stay again.
