super fun family time

Rooms were clean and very quiet in the hallways. Did not watch tv, went downstairs to gamble. Staff was friendly. Food was great every where we ate. Bathroom clean. Beds just right. I called to see if I could get earplugs and the gentleman said he would call the room, but did not. It was cute watching my daughter cover her head with three pillows to drown out her brother in the other bed. LOL My Daughter in the other room left a dress behind over the holiday week of the fourth of July, and the hotel stated they would get back with us, I waited until Monday and reached out with some hope, and the person I talked to took actually took info and called me back and they are able to mail it back to our state. Still waiting. I trust that it will make it. She left a pricey imported Root Beer and a good tip, one could only hope. We do our best to leave a thank you for getting the room ready. Thank you

We stay here a lot and usually love it i was a little unpleased last night our air conditioner did not work and for some reason this time we had to pay a resort fee for water and amenities but their was now water and no microwave. Would have been nice to know about the microwave since we got in so late we had stuff we could have eaten but could not due to that.

Hotel is to spread out. You have theLady Luck and the Horse shoe both connected. LadyLuck is doing some remodeling. Couldn't check out st the Lady Luck. Had to go to Horse shoe to check out then walk back the Lady's parking garage. Rooms were clean and well furnished. After the remodel i will definitely go back.

Bad experience. Got there late and the only thing was open was the self-check in kiosk which did not work for us. After trying multiple times, we used the phone at the front desk which was connected to the casino next door. We had to walk all the way to the other casino, which then they told us they didn't see any reservation nor have a room for us. Eventually they did find us a room which was 2 queens instead of the king bed we paid for. We managed to get some sleep and then at 9am we had housekeeping trying to get in. We brought this to the hotel's attention, and they did not care, nor did we get any kind of apology. Will not be staying here in the future.

Affordable casino hotel

Hotel is dated and the AC wasn’t working. The window opened a few inches so the cool mountain air kept it from being too warm.

Room wasn’t as expected too expensive

The room wasn’t as pictured on booking site and room wasn’t clean looking no hot water and no water pressure, as well as the toilet seat was cracked when I reported it they didn’t care , I was hit with hidden charges after paying online, it was very disappointing to pay almost 400.00 for a room that was mediocre.

Dont stay if you want a ac

The ac did not work and the front desk lady after hrs was rude and didn't want to help with resolving the issue after we checked out due to it saying maintenance 60hr well not clear if that was what we get charged to call maintenance it was 3 am after 10 hr drive just wanted to sleep so delt with it when woke up had sleep with window open and the big light shinning into the room that was a big issue so just delt with it till the morning and front desk was rude at sister property horseshoe.
