This place is NOT a hotel, even if advertised as such, the owner charges you for coming early, wants 20 Euro per hour!!! After booking you realize its 10 PLN per hour, outrageous!!! no place to store luggage, so he gets more money that way, the cleaning girl tried to help me, he made her cry, it was her first day...place is dirty, no fan/A/C, very hot, you open the windows and bugs come in and its also extremely noisy due to multiple restaurants on the street that close after midnight and open bright and early, bright light in the windows the entire night, curtains don't block the light, toilet seat broken, no response to email requests, no other way to communicate. Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere By far the worat experience ever!!

Beautiful central apartment

Lovely apartment in Old Town, we only had one night so didn’t need the fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful building and well furnished apartment.

Great location however noisy

Great location however extremely noisy. Couldn’t open the windows at night due to the noise and there wasn’t air conditioning. Advertised that they offer transfers however when I enquired was told that they no longer. I asked if they could book a taxi and was advised to do it myself. Would have expected their admin/reception to do this as part of their customer service!

Fantastic location!

Room 9 - room size is fine, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen comes with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery, great view of St. Mary's Church from a nice balcony. only downside is the bathroom (small) and the shower (fluctuate water temperature)..

Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened. The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. Tried to get it sorted but the apartment owners are a nightmare to contact. I sent two messages in the app with no response, rang several times and no answer. I then had to contact Expedia for help who agreed to move me as they tried to contact the apartment 10 times and got no answer.

Very nice hotel with a walking distance to Main Street. Only one negative is that the cleaners coming very early to clean other rooms and hallway they’re so loud, chatting and do not care about the guests sleeping.

good stay, super location

Good stay, very very well located in the center. There was a small lack of mantainance in some areas, but rooms were clean and nice. Almost impossible to interact with a human being, which is good and bad - if you are arriving or leaving late, it may be a challenge, besides that all works perfectly fine with the password system, no need to carry a key or a card is a huge plus.

A very reasonable stay. The room was clean and easy to access with instructions to get in, and located well in the city centre. Unfortunately the room does not look like the pictures. The main issues are a few design faults - there is a very large living room with a couch, with a tiny TV, but most of all the bedroom is very narrow resulting in the bed being pushed against the wall on three sides. This was very uncomfortable as I had to crawl over my husband to get in and out in the night and seemed bizarre given the space in the living room. There were no blackout blinds so we woke early (sunrise at 0400 in summer), and again in the bathroom there was no vanity or bench to place toiletries - an odd design given the space in the kitchen. Aside from design issues room was clean and comfortable
