Room was small but clean. Located adjacent to outdoor patio which they clean at 2:30 in the morning…woke us up both nights…try to avoid staying in those rooms

I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

Excellent boutique hotel…perfect shaded pool area and easy 2 min walk to the Croisette…bonus with a great small local restaurant on the corner. I will definitely stay here again.

Avoid this place if there are other options. Location is reasonably good, good size units, but property is not well managed, cigarette smell all over and minimal (or no) service.

Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Rooms clean and comfortable. Lovely lobby and breakfast if desired. Staff friendly and helpful. Easily walkable to train station and old town.
