Great hotel, clean and the staff was awesome. They are on the ART track although we had trouble with it in the morning to Disneyland. Coming back at the end of the night was no trouble but we did end up having to share an Uber with another couple to get there in the morning after we paid due to it not coming to the hotel until after open when we were trying to rope drop even though it was supposed to start an hour and a half prior to open. Not anything the hotel did wrong, but is something to note if you’re planning on staying there and utilizing the ART shuttle to Disney.

Overall good stay.

Breakfast buffet is lacking for the price ($20 per adult) the restaurant is limited hours only open for breakfast and dinner closes at 10pm. Drinks were exceptional. Room was nice, spacious, but if you are facing Harbor Bvld, traffic at times was quite noisy. Pool was quite empty during the visit - so we were able to enjoy time without dozens of kids running and splashing around. Overall the property is situated nearby many chain restaurants to include a Bucca De Beppo in the parking lot. Staff were friendly, and helpful, and seemed to go above and beyond for most requests (we really didn't have many) would recommend to others. NOTE: if you are paying via a Debit card they do put an extra $100 hold on your card.
