Good value for the stay!

Everything was really good the whole stay with our room. The only downfall was how hot and humid it is in the lobby. It’s our hang out spot every time we go, so it’d be nice if it was more comfortable for the price you pay to stay here. Food was good, bartenders were really nice and friendly, AC worked well in the rooms, beds comfortable and everything appeared clean.

Overall this embassy suites was ok. My hubby and two kids stayed 4 nights and did not receive room service to provide towels, sheets etc. We had to call the front desk for things like toilet tissue and had to leave our trash at our front door to be picked up. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but so busy! Not sure if we visited at a busy time and the hotel had a difficult time accommodating the amount of guest. A pro was how close the hotel was to Disneyland.

This will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit the area. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great. My only dislike is the parking spots seem a little too small. My car was dinged on one side but that's no fault of the hotel. I just think, whenever the parking lot gets the striping redone, consider making the spots a few inches wider. I witnessed a few people unable to park because it was too tight of a fit. Other than that, the experience was great.

Parking was a challenge. 3 hotels within steps of separation was a challenge. However it was safe and it balances out. Very clean room. Breakfast was average but kitchen staff extremely friendly. My only complain was the bed was extremely old and ranked very low in comfort. Worse part is that o reported the issue with a manager and nothing was done about it. It was 5 challenging nights.

Absolutely loved everything about my stay. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. My children were so happy here, they didn’t want to leave. Kolotita at check in was awesome! Super friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about her. She really made sure our family enjoyed our stay. This hotel is also very close to Disneyland!
