If you value your money, go else where. Lobby looks great. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Elevator is ran down felt like it was gonna stop any time. Worst experience ever, checked out and went elsewhere. Wasted $550 on rooms I couldn’t even sleep in.

Staff were very nice. Property is kept well and in a nice, quieter area. The only thing we had a probelm with was the room smelling like sewage sometimes when we'd return from outside.

Things started ok. Unpacked everything Put things away, went to get food for the kids not even 10 minutes go by when my teenager calls me in panic, states the toilet won’t stop running and it’s flowing everywhere, he told me he had already called facilities to notify them and to send someone up yesterday, I turn around getting one of 3 meals (family of 6 so everyone wants something different) I get there and as I walk in the lobby is packed, I cut through and say hey my room is flooding with black water is someone up there yet? They say someone should be there, I get up there and I get there before the hotel engineers, I ask my family to wait in the hallway and sit on the floor and hang tight I run in there shut the valve off and low and behold they arrive finally. My teenagers stuff is wet luckily we had everything packed but just having my kids out in the hallway eating some pizza on the floor as hotel stayers pass by looking was awful and embarrassing. The staff couldn’t even rush up there and move us to another room I had to go down and make a fuss. Plumbing is poor in this building just know that. Staff ehh. The next day I forgot to pick up my cooler box to keep my cooler bag cold in the old room and was told you can’t just wait 7 minutes like yo, really. The overall experience of this whole situation…. I lost my whole evening where I was suppose to take the family out on an outing but couldn’t because of all of this. Staff were insensitive to the situation, and it c

Our stay was pleasant. Area was quiet and pool area was clean. Friendly stuff. Room is spacious. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Some corners of the carpet can be cleaned up a bit.

It’s a 2.5 star review. I’m giving extra points for a wonderful bed and proximity to Disneyland. If not for these, I would give only 1 star, honestly. Hotel itself is super dated. Worn carpet, super old couch in the living room, leaking shower head, but the most importantly the nosiest central heating system I’ve ever heard in a hotel. After 4 hours plane delay and a problem with a rental car, I finally arrived at 3am. Needless to say, all I wanted to do is to sleep. What is this noise? I checked everything I possibly could. I switched the thermostat off, I checked the bathroom fan. The constant noise was still there. After calling the front desk, I was told “they don’t know what I’m talking about, this is in every room in the hotel”. This being said, if you are a light sleeper, stay somewhere else. Delta next door is much better.

Overall stay was ok but the property is a bit dated- electrical outlets did not have new usb chargers, there weren’t any microwaves in the room, and the place just seemed like it needs some updating.
