Yes, there is construction but, it’s from 8a-4p if you’re going to be gone for most of the day it’s really not an issue! Over all no issues, great stay!

We were charged $25 per night to park in the lot, while they let non guests park for free to go to their concerts or Disneyland, meaning there was never any parking available. Amenities were not as promised. No microwave at all on our floor, and on the last night of our stay, one of the headboards peeled itself off the wall. It was only screwed into the drywall. Our room was a dead zone for cell reception and we had to leave the hotel to make or receive calls/texts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying somewhere else during my next vacation.

Front desk staff was not the friendliest and looked unhappy at work but everyone else in the food area and room service was pretty nice. Rooms and all other amenities were really nice too. Only big issue is that you won't have anything around this property and everything is pretty far from this property. The hotel doesn't allow Uber to enter the facility so you can request an uber ride to the hotel and the only way to go out is to get a taxi from their own vendors.

Really close to restaurants and target for shopping. A Lyft ride to long beach was only $40 . Newport Beach is a close 40 minute drive (traffic). Can park there and chill for 8 hrs for only $38. In the middle of everything and very convenient.

PLEASE DONT GO WITH FAMILY

Terrible service, the phones and light were not working in the room, and were not fixed the same day. Repairing work was going on, so expect a lot of noise during the day. The front desk was neither helpful nor courteous. Never going back to this hotel again.

NEVER AGAIN

Started off with not having a room available with two double beds. My family of 5 had to share a king room because they said I didn't read the fine print. Got to the room and was welcomed by a sewage & bleach odor. The room felt stuffy so we turned down the AC - room never got under 73 degrees. Did I mention the loud hammering sounds coming from above. Yep! You guessed it, construction! They told us a room with the double beds would be available at 10pm. They were ready at 11pm, but my kids had fallen asleep so they said they would hold the room and to call in the morning to more. I called at 7am and they said they no longer had the room, but they would find one and call me back. I called at 9am and they said they didn't know what I was talking about but at 11am, something should open. We finally moved rooms only to be closer to the construction and another hot room. They said they would comp our parking and take off $100 but when I received the bill neither happened. Still waiting to hear back from the manager.
