Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

WiFi does not work, tv stuck in Spanish and stuck on inappropriate shows. called 3 days in a row for them to fix it. They never fixed it, bartender at the tiki bar acted like she was drunk and made terrible drinks, hotel was outdated and dirty we checked out early because we were so uncomfortable. The only plus side the red hair lady at front desk was friendly, everyone else ignored our concerns.

We had our kids and grandkids with us and everyone loved it. From the Dinosaur, bar, food and river view there was something for everyone. The entire staff was outstanding

This is an excellent place to stay in a long trip. You can take advantage of the kitchen and prepare food yourself to make things a bit more economical. The pool is on the small side, so it's not easy to relax in it.

This condo was excellent it had everything we needed very clean. Large rooms, washer and dryer in the room. Easy access to the beach and pool. Just minutes from a grocery store. Very family friendly I felt safe taking my kids to the beach by myself. The parking garage was a little tight as we drive a Jeep Wagoneer you would want to back in to insure you were able to get out as spots were limited for a larger vehicle but smaller SUV’s would be no problem. I would definitely stay again even with the parking. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

THE ANN is a great, centrally located hotel if you are planning on a stay in Savannah. The only drawback is that they do not have on-site parking. The hotel relies on a valet service for parking which is expensive, therefore, plan that in your budget when considering a stay at this hotel.

The hotel was just ok, nothing special. The staff was ok, I did have an issue with one but I took care of her attitude quickly !

Our first stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, full of history, and has such a charming atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re experiencing a piece of Savannah’s past. The room was lovely, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our first visit so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
