The room was fine. There was supposed to be a free breakfast. The breakfast consisted of waffles you made yourself, terrible tasting coffee and only cereal as the other option. There was not option for decaf coffee, just a small container of regular coffee.

Our room was fine. The staff was friendly. But the breakfast isn’t breakfast at all. Dry cereal and one waffle maker. Sleep Inns in North Dakota have wonderful breakfasts. This one was a crock.

The rooms need updating. There was black mildew around tub. However, the room itself and hallways were clean. The breakfast was disappointing. The amount asked was too much in regards to the hotel as a whole.

I am learning the lesson that you have to pay an arm and a leg to get a decent hotel. Room had roaches and a dozen stains in the walls and carpet. Shower discharged brown water when turned on. Bathroom had no hooks to hang your towel if you got one. I was stuck behind a couple at check in who's room didn't get any. During my stay it rained and I discovered that my rain jacket was no longer water proof. Soaked I asked if they had a dryer to which they did but it was coin operated with no way of converting bills to coin or using card. After handling the wet clothes I wanted some vending only to find the card reader disabled by vendor. That cemented in my mind that this hotel cuts all the corners and still isn't the cheapest hotel you can stay at. The breakfast was also lacking with condiments being missing and a lack of choices. I saw groups of guests deciding to go out for breakfast.

The room was dirty and in need of a lot of maintenance. Shower had a shelf broken off and missing. Mold in Shower and Bathroom celing. Grease on door jam above the door. Bed was comfy but the pillows were horrible. Hallway carpets in severe need of deep shampooing. Won’t be back.

Room was dirty, with what looked like blood stains on the carpet. Definitely blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom. Included breakfast was two waffle machines with huge lineups some cereal and bread. We took photos of the carpet but cannot send them on here.

The staff were great when they were around. The room was big, but had an empty space a table and chairs could have fit in. The beds were not the most comfortable. It was definitely an older hotel and could use some updates. Breakfast included cereal and make your own waffles.

The room was not cleaned. Trash in room from last guests. Reservation was for 1 king bed during the check in the agent didn’t tell us she was giving us 2 double beds instead of the king. We walked in the room to find out we didn’t get what we requested. I called downstairs she told me they gave out all the rooms with kings. We didn’t get a reduction in price not even a sorry.

Our room was poorly cleaned. There were smudges on the bathroom mirror and water spots on the shower doors. This made me question if the shower was cleaned at all. We were left with half used lotion and shampoo bottles. The door to the bathroom had footprints on both sides which I can’t begin to explain. The sheets appeared clean. The T.V in our room had a blue tint to everything regardless of the channel but we couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was at capacity. The Phone in the room was disconnected… I guess they aren’t familiar with Kari’s Law. The bathroom on the bottom floor off the lobby was unkept as well. Low on toilet paper and the sink was backed up. The breakfast offerings were cereal and milk from a jug on the counter, and waffles. There was no care given to presentation. Overall this location of Sleep Inn & Suites was a big disappointment which surprised me given the brands overall reputation. We will not be staying at this location again. To be fair, all the ladies at the front desk were pleasant and friendly. That is the best thing I can say about this hotel.

Checking in was terrible, the girl checking us in was very polite and tried very hard but she was by herself and overwhelmed. Remote didn’t work after 3rd one was told they couldn’t help us and wouldn’t give us a discount for not having one. I asked the girl to get one from another room and finally got the 4th one to work. Hair dryer didn’t work, no towels so my sister’s went in the back and folded towels for them and got us some towels. Bathroom was partially cleaned and soap and shampoo were previously used. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
