Overall it was good

Harrahs has a self service kiosk for check-in which works well BUT it doesn't communicate with your account apparently. I paid for a late check-out 2pm at check-in (at the kiosk) and parking to go in and out - otherwise you pay each time. However I was locked out of the room at 12. We were at the pool and when we came back up at 1.15 to shower and leave- locked. Had to get on the line to even ask about the issue. I wait get to a rep whom I saw be pleasant to 2 prior clients (not minorities). She told me i was supposed to leave at 12. I explained. She checked, agreed, did not apologize just gave me 1 keycard and said you can go in to take your things out. (WHAT?) I let her know I'd been on the line for 45 minutes in my wet bathing suit with 2 other paying guest - could we at least get the time back to shower and leave? Just said you have until 2.30pm. Not even a full 30 minutes. Very disappointed. This was not the only thing - but feel a little discriminated against and we paid for everything we weren't getting comped or anything. Choose a different casino to stay in.

Staff very accommodating. Provided extra towels since there wasn’t daily maid service. Improvement could be to have fitted bedsheets instead of a sheet over a plastic mattress cover. Shower was very modern & worked great!

Great hotel, clean and well maintained. Beautiful oceanview- would recommend this place 100%
