The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.

We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff.

The room is as very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome. Outside our door was a palazzo. We were right in old town. If you drive, call ahead to get the address of the parking lot as it’s only 2 euros a day.

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel

We loved like stay at Palazzo Presta. A beautifully decorated hotel right in the heart of Gallipoli with a lovely roof terrace for drinks and where breakfast is served. The view was beautiful, the staff were attentive and have great recommendations for dinner. We recommend everyone to stay here

My partner and I stayed for a week at Palazzo Presta. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning interior decor. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bed was super comfortable; the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The roof terrace is lovely, affording a fantastic view of the sea. But what makes this hotel so special is the people: Eugenia, the owner, and Samuel and Ilena, the receptionists, made us feel very welcome and at home. They helped us with our itineraries and were always ready to help and advise us. Ilaria and Cristina, at the breakfast bar, also welcomed us every morning with a lovely breakfast; and the chamber maids made our room spotless every day. Palazzo Presta really is a wonderful place to stay in Gallipoli. Grazie mille e tante Palazzo Presta!

Hotel changed date w.out consent and charged fully

I did book a stay in the hotel 4 months prior arrival. One week before I was informed that they have cancelled my reservation and replace with new dates (w.out my consent). So I had to book another hotel on short notice and higher cost. To make the thing worse the hotel still charged me for the room. So I can only warn you about this hotel as you might find yourself paying for a room you did not book!

Oase in der Altstadt von Gallipoli

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Palazzo Presta. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen gute Tipps und Ideen für die Besichtigung von Gallipoli. Unser Zimmer war sehr ansprechend gestaltet, verfügte über alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten, ein bequemes Bett und eine Terrasse mit zwei Liegebetten. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel waren ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe gibt es aber auch viele gute und ansprechende Restaurants. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine sehr ansprechend gestaltete Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Der vom Hotel empfohlene Parkplatz (Parcheggio Porto) ist Fuss gut erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal und empfehlen das Hotel weiter!
