Helpful, nice staff. Liked the single traveler rooms.

Pool very cold and small- limited space in rooftop. Breakfast was just ok

Clean room, helpful staff and located in a great area!

Clean, friendly staff

Really lovely hotel and would not hesitate to book again should we return to gorgeous San Sebastián.

Well located hotel for exploring Bilbao, good size room & plentiful breakfast available. Used the underground parking which was very useful as we arrived late & it was pouring with rain. Would use this hotel again if visiting Bilbao 👍😎

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom shower had good water pressure. It was conveniently located within old town and near the Concha beach. Lots of shops and pintxos nearby and a good gelato place just steps away.

Interesting concept for modern accommodation. Everything seems to flow seamlessly. Clean, functional, and generously sized rooms. The free laundry allowed us to catch up on our washing on a 6 week tour of France & Spain. Some reviews seem to focus on the 30 minute walk to the old town. We took the 10 minute bus ride from behind the hotel for 1.9 euro everyday. Just tap on with your credit card. Breakfast looked good but we never tried. Gym was well fitted out and rooms quiet.
