I request a full refund and compensation for this terrible stay\. After a 6\-hour drive from Las Vegas, our family of five went to bed early to continue our trip the next day\. At 12:15 AM, extremely loud fire alarms sounded for about 25 minutes with no hotel staff responding\. The police and fire department arrived, We couldn’t sleep again until 5 AM, ruining our next day and causing significant stress\. Please refund this night and compensate us.

Check in was quick and easy. The room had shampoo and lotion and in room coffee. That's the most positive news. The property is pretty shabby and the room was dirty. The soles of my feet got black from walking barefoot on the floor after a shower. There was visible dirt on surfaces and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The bed seemed to be clean. I can accept some wear and tear in a budget motel, but being outright dirty is not acceptable. I don't recommend staying here.

Staff were very welcoming, housekeeping staff was amazing especially. Cute spot to stay. My only complaint was the AC. Did not work at all, room was stuffy and hot all night. They are also in the middle of remodeling the hotel so hopefully this issue will be fixed.
