Everything in the room was covered in dog hair. The doors were falling off the cabinets. The carpet was coming up. The bed was comfy though.

The room was amazing and the area was an easy walk. The staff were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel highly. I’m looking forward to coming back.

This was the worst hotel stay in my life. No heat. Had to sleep in my clothes to keep warm. Room temp water in the shower. Power outlet not working to charge phone. Lumpy bed. I complained to Luis at check out and said I wanted a refund. He said he would advise manager and I need to go through Expedia.
