Hotel is very outdated could use a good remodel, during our stay hotel was very dirty found a cockroaches crawling on our bed when we came back from an outing. Other than that the area where it’s at is not bad plenty of things to do and eat.

Stains everywhere. On all of the floors, walls, sheets, laps shades, furniture in room. Only decent portion is the lobby and bathrooms.

When we got to the hotel room, there was a massive ball of human hair on the floor, right in the open, looked like the door had been kicked in a couple times, the bed was like laying on milk crates, the "free" breakfast was thawed eggo waffles, extremely over salted scrambled eggs, a small variety of bread, yogurt cups, and three generic cereals. The tv kinda worked, there was ZERO wifi even though was told it was included. Apparently its a separate package you have to buy from them that allows you to use the tv and wifi without issue. Overall, for a $600+ stay for a weekend, this hotel is not worth it. I will not be staying there ever again, and will steer every family and friend away i can. I have stayed in trucker hotels that were a thousand times cleaner and better for half the price. I contacted the front desk about the issues, they have zero people working at night so nobody to assist you.

There was a very large cob web on the corner above my head if you're facing the bed. The carpet was so dirty, my feet were black when I got in bed from the carpet and had to wash them with a washcloth from the bed. My daughter had her own room that I reserved for her and it was noisy from freeway traffic and the window not being properly sealed. Her TV did not work. They moved her for the next night to the other side of the hall. Noise problem much better. This TV did not work either. The shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient, on time and the drop off was very close to the gate compared to the parking garage at Disney. The Shuttle saved almost $40 for parking at Disney. It was only $20 for two by Lyft from Disney to the hotel.

It claims to offer a shuttle, but it runs so rarely and has so few seats we never once got on it. We tried twice and was turned away because of my mothers wheelchair.

Weve stayed at this hotel that last 3 times we came to Anaheim. Yes, it is an older hotel so there are flaws, but our rooms have never been dirty, always smell clean and the staff are always kind. They offer breakfast and shuttle service to Disneyland which is only a few minutes away. It is a great deal for the price of the rooms.

It’s a place to lay your head and that’s all. The employees are very kind. I had to have my room key re set every day. Some days multiple times a day. That was a huge pain. The hotel itself is beyond outdated. No updates at all. The carpet is thread bare in the hall ways. The light sconces in the hall way are missing or just not working. Tiles missing and cracked in common areas, paint peeling, just really run down. It also didn’t smell so that’s nice. The pool was clean and they provided towels. The breakfast was very typical for that type of set up. The other guests were slobs but again the staff were quick to clean. The shower super small. Smaller than a normal shower. I never felt unsafe which is a plus traveling as a small family. The parking lot lacked proper lighting but again we felt safe. It’s over priced for what type of property and it’s condition.

Great Price..

Built in hair dryer in the bathroom wall stopped working after first night, but was able to get by with a small portable personal hair dryer I already had. There's no refrigerator so if you items that need to be kept cold, be aware.

Not super satisfied with our stay. We stayed for 2 weeks, only had house keeping twice, and we were put in a room with the incorrect size bed. We didn’t realize the size difference until we returned home to our own king size bed and had MUCH more room. It’s such a simple mistake but did cost us almost $300 due to the price difference per night for the different size beds. We did thank the staff multiple times for accommodating to our needs as we traveled and stayed with our infant for the first time. We appreciated it SO much.

Upon checking in the lobby and staff seemed very nice and professional. That was the end of the luxury, walking down the hall towards the rooms the entire build seemed very outdated. There were horrible stains all along the floors the wallpaper is peeling everywhere, there were broken & missing light fixtures. Overall horrible first impression, checking into our room we first check to make sure the beds were safe to sleep in. Upon doing so we found sign of bed bug droppings on both the mattresses, box springs and "new lien" there was no cover on the box spring or mattresses to protect from bed bugs either. Immediately went to the front and request a room change, the staff did handel this professionaly and moved us to the top floor which is arguably the cleanest floor. Still simmilar signs of broken or missing things in the halls and new room. Some stains and peeling wallpaper, new rooms beds were clean but no preventive measure to protect against bed bugs? Missing art or mirros that were clearly meant to be in the room. Exposed nails coming out of the floor for the closet floor trim, weak water presure, no screen on window allowing anyone to jump, entry door had trouble latching you really had to slam it. The new room was quite a bit cleaner, pleanty of hot water, cold AC. Outside of the room there were only 2 entry point to get to the rooms the front lobby entrance or right behind the front lobby there was a fire escape staircase with a key card pad. Otherwise no entry.

Our stay was OK. Staff was nice and friendly, Chase was great at helping me check it. But the hotel is very outdated and dirty. You get what you pay for, so not writing this as a complaint. We only needed it to sleep and quick showers, so it served its purpose.
