Gorgeous hotel and very attentive staff! Convenient location and nice restaurants. Incredible train station lobby is worth the stay alone. The staff was so helpful and accommodating! Great stay!

Great stay!

Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect our devices to wifi. Tried to explain when I called the management office. While they were very friendly, I could not make it understood that we were not having issues with the tv connection, rather the wifi router. Maintenance came while we were away and the tv was on, to show that tv connection worked, but that was not the issue. I addition, some of the outlets did not recognize our device plugs for charging. Overall we were very happy with our stay and recommend.

We loved our 2 bedroom suite, it was clean and comfortable, however the first night our AC broke down and it was too hot to stay in the room. They tried to fix it but it didn’t work and they couldn’t help us move to a different room as they were sold out. We had to leave for the night which ruined our stay there because that wasn’t in our plans. I feel like things do break and that’s understandable but the problem was handled poorly which made our stay not enjoyable. Honestly I would think twice before going there again due to the way they handle problems.
