Staff especially cleaning staff was excellent with their communication and did the absolute best cleaning with the conditions of the hotel. Hotel itself is run down and needs plumbing work and new mattresses and pillows. Staff made the stay enjoyable! Good work with employees

My group and I stayed here for only one night. We had reserved a room with two queen beds but were checked into a room with double beds instead. No accommodations were made. We also required a cot which was on a gurney and not a platform. It was springy, thin, and uncomfortable. In terms of the included breakfast, it was incredibly average. Nothing special. The drinks such as water or milk were in pitchers without lids which felt unsanitary. We opted to wait for a brand new pitcher to be brought out before we had any water. I personally did not go in the pool, but other members of my party mentioned that the water had a green hue to it. The hotel itself also had a strong smell of chlorine due to the rooms being around the pool. The room itself, however, did not smell of chlorine. If you want to avoid having the smell enter the room, keep the balcony door closed. Overall, the staff is very welcoming and kind, but the hotel itself is nothing short of average. For a one night pit stop, it fulfilled our needs, but I do not recommend staying here for an extended amount of time. It definitely did not exceed our expectations, but it did the job. Average, or even below average is the only word to describe it.

Room was not very clean including a dirty toilet both inside and out. Bathtub was not clean. Walls had gross stuff on them that looked like boogers. Linen was clean though and bedding was clean. Breakfast was the same both mornings but sucked for me as I am gluten free and the only option was powdered eggs. Would have been nice to have bacon so I coukd get a little more in the morning. Pool was pretty cold so we only put out legs in as it was too cold to swim in.

The staff were friendly but the amenities were lacking. We didn’t have a working tv the first night of our stay and we didn’t have our room cleaned after our first night. For the money don’t it was a disappointment..the hotel is run down, the towels are old and worn.

The property was extremely dated, the cleanliness was well below acceptable including moldy walls, dirty bathrooms, stained sheets and there were many things that didnt work. Overall the location, price and friendly staff made it work for our family but the poor comdition of the rooms, common areas and building need to seriously be adressed.

The room was dated, and the bathroom was not clean (sink wouldn't drain, full of hair). Bathtub has loads of hair on the wall. There was only one towel, and no shampoo (but 3 body lotions). When I used the conditioner on my daughter's hair, there was almost nothing in the bottle, so I assume it was left from a previous guest. Carpet was unvacuumed.

Lousy management.

First the light in our room at the entrance did not work. Later we found that the tv was not working. Offered to send someone after 11:00 to look at it. After much complaining they send someone who found the problem and fixed. We then found out that one of the lamps was broken and could not be opened. When we left we advised we were unhappy and asked to be compensated. The desk clerk said he couldn’t do anything and refused to let us speak to the manager. Terrible experience.,
