Hotel was clean but outdated. Bathrooms are dated & no shampoo or conditioner is given. Our rooms still had old carpeting but the beds were comfy. Internet was great. The elevators have not worked for a while now. When we had booked over a month prior they had said the elevators would be fixed but they were still not. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good food. It was a nice and quiet location near the highway.

We stayed a very short time as a rest stop on our road trip. It definitely suited our needs and we would stay here again. The elevator was out of service which they warned us about ahead of our stay.

Nice room

We got in really late (2 am), check in was easy. We did not know the elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. But it was not too bad of a climb. Next morning as we decide to have coffe in the room and i open a packet of condiments i realize there is no coffee whitener.

The property is in need of a full renovation. We knew the elevator was not in service but the damp smell throughout, the squeaky new vinyl flooring (could hear the person walking around above us) and outdated decor was less than appealing. We'll find a place in Fredericton next time. Of note, the staff were great.

The elevator is not working( I was told its been this way for months) they only let you know after your booked. The only access to upper floors is one stairwell on the far west end. The outdoor grassy areas smells like dog piss, as they do allow pets. Rooms are nice and clean. Property is starting to get out dated.

Great Room!!

As soon as we walked into the lobby we felt welcomed. The receptionist was awesome. Our room was spacious and clean. Nice DOVE products in the shower. The pool was good. (Lots of chlorine)

The property was of good value, not expensive, very clean, the staff were nice, good value for a basic hotel. Also a not too far of drive to downtown fredericton for a nice summer evening.
